Location near to village centre, excellent wineries and all attractions in Richmond. For tea or coffee visit Ca'puccino nearby. Absolutely stunning room with a pleasant view of the distant hills and green fields. What a terrific staff😃

We had an enjoyable stay at Mulberry Cottage during our entire Tasmania vacation. I'm glad we chose this place. the location is historic, right by Richmond Bridge, Richmond Gaol, cafes, Richmond Pub.

The location of the B&B is excellent, just a short walk from the city center. the B&B offers views of the surrounding hills, which is beautiful. Guests can enjoy a quick meal at Giraffe Stop, which is conveniently located just a 20-minute walk away.

We loved the welcome drink that was provided upon arrival, it was a nice touch. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area and terrace were great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The room was soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The garden furniture was comfortable, and the free toiletries were a nice bonus. we couldn't have asked for a more luxurious and comfortable stay!
